ERRORS IN PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Some items that are not available on this Site are available in our stores. Every now and then, there might be some typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions with the prices, descriptions, promotions or availabilities. CHOCOLATE LOVER INCORPORATED reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
ORDERING
To place an order, the customer must register by creating an account on the Site. The information that are submitted must be accurate and true. A username and password may be selected for the privacy and security of the account. For safety purposes, do not share the details of the account.
Once the order has been placed, it is considered final. The customer will receive an email acknowledging the orders with instructions to wait for an email confirmation or text before the items are ready for pick-up.
DAMAGES
All orders will be prepared in its original packaging. All risks in the Product shall be passed to the customer upon pick-up. Meaning, from the time the risk is passed, CHOCOLATE LOVER INCORPORATED will not be liable for loss or any damage of the Product, especially during transportation.
The company will send an actual picture of the items to the customer along with the email confirmation. The customer is given 2 days to pick-up their orders, otherwise a Holding fee of 10% of the total amount paid will be charged each day. Any breach of obligations by you, might impact your ability to shop on the Site in the future.
Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Manila for any future litigation arising from these Terms and Conditions and any non-Contractual obligations arising or connected to them. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language only.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or CHOCOLATE LOVER INCORPORATED. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Company also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
