Return and Exchange Policy
Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased items and/or refund under the following circumstances: (all requests are still subject for inspection):
- Item delivered was not what was agreed upon or wrong delivery of items (e.g. wrong color, size, type, shape, etc.)
- Item was defective.
- Chocolate Lover will not accept items returned due to change of mind. (For more information, click HERE.)
- Item must still be in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with barcode sticker.
- Item still has the original receipt when returned.
- Items must be returned or exchanged 3 days for PERISHABLE ITEMS, from date that the package was received.
- Item must be returned or exchanged 7 days for NON-EDIBLE ITEMS, from date that the package was received.
- Item is not used.
- Items on sale CANNOT be returned or exchange.
- Refrigerated/ frozen items CANNOT be returned and exchange.
