Return and Exchange Policy

Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased items and/or refund under the following circumstances: (all requests are still subject for inspection):

1. Item delivered was not what was agreed upon or wrong delivery of items (e.g. wrong color, size, type, shape, etc.)
2. Item was defective.
3. Chocolate Lover will not accept items returned due to change of mind. (For more information, click HERE.)
4. Item must still be in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with barcode sticker.
5. Item still has the original receipt when returned.
6. Items must be returned or exchanged 3 days for PERISHABLE ITEMS, from date that the package was received.
7. Item must be returned or exchanged 7 days for NON-EDIBLE ITEMS, from date that the package was received.
8. Item is not used.
9. Items on sale CANNOT be returned or exchange.
10. Refrigerated/ frozen items CANNOT be returned and exchange.
